1. Controller and scope
FiveToClose (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates pdf.fivetoclose.cloud and related digital product sales, fulfillment, and communications (the “Services”). This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy.
2. Categories of information we collect
- Identity and contact data — name and email address when you purchase or contact support.
- Transactional data — purchase history, product entitlements, order identifiers, and amounts paid. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored in full on our servers.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring URLs, pages viewed, approximate engagement metrics, and diagnostic logs.
- Communications data — messages you send to support.
We do not collect API keys, terminal credentials, auth files, SSH keys, or other technical secrets. Do not send those to us.
3. Purposes of processing
- Fulfill orders and deliver the purchased PDF;
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and keep accounting records;
- Provide customer support and service announcements;
- Send buyer communications where permitted by law;
- Analyze site performance, conversion, and traffic quality, including filtering bot traffic;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Legal bases
Where required, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract; (b) legitimate interests (security, product improvement, limited customer communications); (c) consent where required; and (d) legal compliance.
5. Service providers
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information to payment processors (Stripe), email providers (AWeber), hosting and tracking providers needed to operate the site, and professional advisers or authorities when required by law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party cookies or similar storage for session identification, checkout attribution, and a first-party “continue where you left off” prompt. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages. You can control cookies in your browser; some site functions may not work if they are blocked.
7. Retention
We retain purchase and support records as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Engagement logs are kept for operational analysis and then deleted or aggregated.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Contact support@fivetoclose.cloud. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. International transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
