48-hour refund path. Open the PDF and work through the setup path. If it is not a useful setup guide as described on the sales page, email support@fivetoclose.cloud within 48 hours of purchase and we will refund the $9.99.
What this covers
This policy applies to the one-time $9.99 purchase of the Grok Build Quick Start PDF sold at pdf.fivetoclose.cloud. It is a digital download. We do not refund xAI usage charges, because those are billed by xAI to your own account and are not part of this product.
How to request a refund
Email support@fivetoclose.cloud from the address you used at checkout. Include the order email or receipt and a short note that you want a refund. We review requests sent within 48 hours of purchase.
What we do not refund
Requests after 48 hours, chargebacks filed without first contacting support, or repeated purchases made to obtain the file without payment. Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of future orders.
