Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and FiveToClose governing your use of pdf.fivetoclose.cloud, checkout, digital downloads, and related communications (the “Services”). By accessing the Services or completing a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 and have capacity to enter these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of services
We sell an independent 5-page PDF setup guide titled Grok Build Quick Start. The product is educational and instructional. It does not include an xAI or Grok account, API credits, software licenses, personal setup, or guaranteed coding results. Grok Build, Grok, and xAI are third-party products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI.
3. Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by Stripe. The listed price is $9.99 USD, one-time, quantity one. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Upon successful payment you receive a limited license to download the purchased PDF for personal use. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension of access. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
4. License and intellectual property
All content on the Services is owned by FiveToClose or its licensors, except third-party marks. Subject to these Terms and payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the purchased PDF for your own lawful use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the PDF, or share your download link as a substitute for a purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including unauthorized access, introducing malware, harvesting data, impersonating others, or using the Services for unlawful purposes. Do not send us API keys, auth files, or other secrets.
6. No warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that Grok Build, the CLI, authentication, or any described command will remain unchanged or will produce any particular result. Official product behavior is controlled by xAI.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVETOCLOSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FiveToClose from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
9. Refunds
Refunds are described in the Refund Policy and on the sales page. Contact support@fivetoclose.cloud.
10. Third-party services
References to Grok, Grok Build, xAI, Stripe, or other platforms do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. You are responsible for your own xAI account, usage charges, and credentials.
11. Modifications
We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where FiveToClose primarily conducts business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence apply.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and order-specific checkout terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
